Basically to get a good job in private or government sector, graduation is important and with minimum of 55%.
For jobs based on 12th commerce, there is nothing called as with or without maths. This is relevant only for further courses.
Why are you looking for a job right after 12th commerce? Is this is family compulsion? If yes, then its fine, but do not leave education and do complete graduation at least.
Based on 12th commerce 54%, you can get jobs with accounting firms, BPOs, clerk and administration jobs in companies, courier companies, delivery companies, etc. but they are low paid and monotonous.
Taking higher education is recommended. Atleast 60% in graduation in commerce is what you should aim at this stage.
