Some people work to earn money but some work to gain happiness as to some happiness is more important than money. People often trade their job not because they are jealous of other’s salary but they are interested in that work. You see yourself doing that work. Sometimes it happens that a person always wanted to become a writer but he opted for administrative work. However, he can trade his job. So he needs to move slowly for that change to happen and it will surely happen.
What others find good in you?
A person may be doing a job because he is not aware of his talents. He can always listen to what other people say about him.
The best and the worst aspect of your current job ?
A person does not know what actually he wants as a dream career. He should make points regarding the worst and the good aspect of the current job. For example, the bad aspect can be the salary, the working conditions, time of working, the workload etc. Next note down the good aspects of that company also.
After noting down all the points, you will able to make a choice of what you want and what not.

If you starting with your college and want to decide what you should study, choose something that will excite you not what you parents want you to do.
Some people choose law or medicine for the sake of good salary and reputation but are not enjoying doing it. They do not feel excited about it. That study is just a burden on their heads.
