i see you are confused between Psychology and Fashion designing. Both have lucrative jobs available in the market but the only difference is fashion designing is more glamours and glowing job compared to Psychology job. I have seen lots of students, especially girls, who take fashion designing courses for fun and granted and have struggled fixing up their career. If you want to be a fashion designer, you can very well study in India ad you tend to know the indian roots with respect to fabric, accessory and design. If you study abroad, you may not know how fashion designing is perceived in your home country, India. Not all universities offer modules concentrating on Indian culture. But if you have a flair taste for western fashion rather than Indian fashion, you can certainly give a try to study abroad. Remember your work and expertise will also be developed on western designs rather than letting you work for Indian designs especially liek the traditional works. Studying fashion designing at an Undergraduate level in India is more recommendable for Indians rather studying abroad at under graduate level. You may certainly go abroad for youir masters course, if you wnat to specialise in one particular element and there is no harm with it.
