Hi,

Will you go to a Punjabi Restaurant and ask for a Gujarati Thali???? The answer is NO, however if the Gujarati Thali is available in the restaurant you can order it and you can have it, BUT you will not enjoy the taste of the food the way it should be...and the real taste you will find in Gujarati Restaurant only.

Second in order to become a corporate lawyer, you need an LLB degree not an engineering degree....based on engineering degree You can not become a Corporate Lawyer at all...

Moral is, Engineering and Law both are different fields and both are very much different from each other in sense of Subjects, Practice, Knowledge. You can have the degree but that degree will not help you to get a job or to make you a successful Corporate Lawyer even if you get a job with your engineering degree.

Why would a company or a corporation will hire you with you for their in house legal department with an engineering degree...how that degree is going to help you???? if it is not going to help, obviously it is useless for the company or the corporation as well.

In short the chances of becoming a corporate lawyer after obtaining an engineering degree are in minus...

If you really want to become a Corporate Lawyer, try to earn a degree in that field only and try to learn the subjects and the laws which will help you to be a successful corporate lawyer.

In order to become a corporate lawyer you need LLB degree and a good amount of practice experience with some law firms or with some individual advocates.

Than and then only, you have a chance to become a corporate lawyer not otherwise...

There are many colleges now a days in India who offers 5 years LLB program but I would suggest you not to enroll in any colleges, rather enroll in any nationalize law university for 5 years integrated course which will cover your Graduation as well as LLB in just 5 years and which will also save your 1 year.

I wish the answer is v ery clear to you and you have understood it carefully.

Thanks,

Ravi
