What should I do to after M.sc in microbiology to get involve in industrial segments ?? is it enough if I get initially little jobs? I mean then I can gather some experience that'll open the door of larger job scopes.. is it possible? or should I try for Mphil, PG diploma after M.sc.. I actually not much confident of cracking NET exams, so PhD can't be my option I guess.. :/ well, Is it anyhow possible a PhD without NET qualification??
