Thank you for your query! Though in india today, their are a very large variety of streams being offered by different management institutes some of them being marketing management or finance management or retail management or human resources management or systems, i recommend to you that first you do a little introspection as to where or which area does your interest lie in as well as you must keep in mind your current qualification.  Personally if you ask my choice, that would have to be retail management as this field is growing rapidly in the last couple of years  as well as with globalization of our economy, huge opportunities exist in this field in the future.

I agree with the above counselor that self introspection about your likes, dislikes, interest and potentials is a must before you select a career. Apart from that I would suggest reading on each specialization in brief as to what they entail and most importantly skills they require as such. Match the skills mentioned with your skills or if you feel you could develop those skills go ahead and pursue that majors.

As such please note that specialization like marketing, HR and finance does exists in all companies, so the competition gets tough but junior level jobs are available. Whereas other specializations like hospitality, logistics or supply chain, retail, advertisement etc are particular industry oriented.
