If you can explain the contents of your subject effectively in Hindi, there are many colleges in North India, that need teachers like you. Their students come from vernacular-medium schools, and are not comfortable with English. You need to take the M.Com and NET route for that.
Meanwhile, you may consider joining English improvement classes, so that language inability does not hit you adversely, while joining premier institutions. Private and foreign banks will give weightage to English-speaking skills, if you are in a client-facing role. It will be the same with top-level educational institutions.
