A desire to help others choose the ideal career path motivated me to become a career counsellor. when I was a student I have also seen my friends struggling to choose which career path is better for them, Helping those people is very satisfying and rewarding to me.

I tell them It's important to take time to explore their interests and values, as these can guide them in making decisions about their education and career. Don't be afraid to ask for help, It's okay to ask for help when you need it. Whether you're struggling with a particular subject in school or facing a difficult career decision, take help from those who are available to support you.

the session begins with getting the insight of the individual by asking some questions about the educational background, work experience, etc. After that, I do some assessments to assess the strengths, weaknesses, and interests of the individual. Based on the information gathered, I help the individual to identify potential career paths that align with the respective interests and values.

The tools I use for career guidance are generally some assessments including skills assessments, and personality assessments to get a deep insight into the individuals for providing them the best career guidance possible from my side.

The success mantra of my life is to Have clear goals which can help provide direction and motivation in working towards achieving those goals. It is important to take action and implement the plan in order to make progress toward achieving the goals. Nobody is perfect, and making mistakes is a normal part of the learning process. It is important to reflect on mistakes and learn from them in order to avoid repeating them in the future.
