Prof. Dr. Savitri Kulkarni has done her M.A. from TISS and Masters in Education from Mumbai University. She has been an academician for more than 20 years teaching HR and OB and other related papers at the PG level and also has been a corporate trainer, having worked with companies like Siemens, ABB, Crisil, IDBI, Mercedes Benz etc.. She has a Ph.D. from Mumbai University in HR and OB .
She has visited Sweden on La Pammiere Faculty exchange program to Maladalen University sponsored by Swedish Government and conducted Workshops on Leadership and HR in India a perspective to the PG and Doctoral Students.
She was invited by Preferred Partnership Program as a speaker on “Talent Management Practices in India” by University of Darmstadt Germany. She has authored paper in German language.
Presently she is member on Board at University of Darmstadt Germany for research project on “Impact of Leadership on Innovation Practices in Organization & Future of Workforce 2020”.
She has presented papers at various National and International HR Forums. She has been certified by Richard Ivy School in case teaching and case writing ,She is a certified NLP Practitioner. She has received awards from Rotary International for her professional contribution to Training and Development.
