I am Arshiya Sultana, an agile coach and mentor having extensive experience in Agile, kanban and scrum practices and possess the right mix of IT and finance expertise. I am passionate about teaching, blogging and coaching. With my experience I have gained expertise in management consulting, financial planning, budgeting, taxation and software development lifecycle management. I have helped my clients overcome the challenges that are typically found in a large software development team. I am keen to learn about latest technologies and improvements in the area of software I am focused and determined to achieve my personal and professional goals, I give utmost importance to honest and open minded people.
