Nikhil is a Partner in Rakesh Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants based in New Delhi, India. The practice is dedicated to advising clients in connection with their Income Taxes, GST, Company law matters, Statutory tax filings and assisting with statutory audits.
Nikhil has over 12 years of experience in tax, accounting and business advisory matters. Prior to joining Rakesh Jain & Co. in 2012, Nikhil held roles with KPMG India & Ernst & Young India in their Transactions and Assurance practises respectively. He has also worked briefly with American Express, UK during his MBA from Manchester Business School, UK.
Nikhil serves clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, consulting, web design & development and trusts.
He specialises in advising start-ups on creating best legal structures, making business plans, managing finances, planning taxes, completing all the legal paperwork… and a whole lot more.
