Worked as Assistant Professor at six renowned work-places in the department of English and Communication skills, specialized in Soft-skills, Personality Development skills, Literature, Guidance and counselling, Having wide experience of Sixteen years, [since August 2001 to till date]. Visited various reputed and renowned colleges and universities as an external examiner for Communication Skills' assessment. Written book on written and oral technical skills, titled - 'WOTEC made easy' and 'WOTC' as second edition with certain changes as per the revised syllabus of PTU, and the book was recommended at number of engineering colleges and universities across Punjab. Worked as NSS program officer under PTU, Jalandhar, and organized various events like - Cleanliness campaigns in the nearby villages, Awareness Programs, Blood-donation camps, Women day celebration etc.,Headed Applied Sciences department at two leading Colleges, Co-ordinated as Cultural Program Head and organized Freshers' Party, Gyan Manthan, Talent Hunt Shows, Quiz Competitions, Cultural Shows, Farewell Parties etc.,Headed Advisory system to keep an eye of all the students performance in curricular and co-curricular activities enrolled in college, kept the parents updated about the same and instructed team of 68 Faculty members regarding do's and don'ts, Guided number of students how to acquire and enhance soft skills, counselled numberless students for choice of their careers and this is not the end, there is lot more to do and sky is the limit.
