If interest in managerial positions than MBA would be good.As far as English is concerned. Look below for few tips to improve your English.1. Read newspaper daily. Hi Its better to go for regular courses for MCA rather than distance or part time. Though IGNOU is the best university to do a distance courses. If regular course is not possible than IGNOU is a good choice. There are ample of job options for MCA in govt as well as private sector. The top level IT companies and consultancy firms like TCS, Wipro, IBM, Oracle etc offers great job opportunities to a candidate with an MCA degree.All the best
