I have been troubled. Finding my interest and the career that I've chosen are two different things I am doing with my life.

The answer:The career that you've chosen should be continued with achieving more in professional certifications that are accepted widely and also continuing with a further study in a Master's Degree(MCA,MBA(IT)) which helps a growth in what I am currently studying for and wish to appear as further ahead.

Psychology is a wide field. A person can pursue career in field of organisation, clinics/hospitals, schools, NGO, Research agencies, universities.  A person needs to do graduation and Post graduation in Psychology from recognised university preferably from regular mode. At Post graduation level one can choose specialisation like Organisation Behaviour, Counselling, Clinical. For Clinical Psychologist - need M.Phil Clinical Psychology.
