Hi,Thanks for showing your interest in the field of Counselling. In India we don't really have very credible short term program in counselling or psychology. I also don't know your current qualification, but usually to be a counsellor one should have Master's in Psychology or a Post -graduate diploma in counselling. There are some private organizations in Delhi which have short term courses, but I am not too sure if you will be eligible for job just on the basis of short term course.
