You have very diverse expectations and whether they are viable for you can be told by you only. To me, going to Canada or USA for working in the field of digital marketing or branding is fine. But here I would like to ask you whether have you really gained that much of competence in digital marketing or branding in just three years?
You have worked in a startup which is a good learning experience and then entered into family business (apparently for no logical reason) and now you are thinking high of going to foreign countries for career. This sounds very rosy, but it is not.
I would suggest that you should prioritise and focus on one thing and area and geography in order to gain the valuable work experience, which is the base for your future career.

As you have completed your MBA, engineering, and also have an experience of working in a company, you must go for higher studies in digital marketing which is actually quite a lot in demand, and you will enjoy doing it as you are having its base knowledge.
