Engineering and Medical has been always one of the best career option but now Management is also considered to be the GREAT Career. Management students are required in each and every organisations,offices,corporates in order to keep the smooth functioning of the organisations, offices, corporates etc. Management students play a Managerial roles in various departments of the Offices as per their specialisations.
Well answering to your question i would say the scope and relevancy of doing MBA after Aeronautical does not make a sense.Because their is no relation between MBA and Aeronautical Engineering. You have a good career options in the Aeronautical Engineering in India as well as Abroad. If you go in core area in Aeronautical Engineering sky is the limit for you.
MBA won't help you much with Aeronautical Engineering.

Where the field is highly technical knowledge oriented like Medicine, Army, Aviation, Agriculture, courses like General MBA are useless.
Aeronautical Engineer is a fantastic career stream in itself and highly critical and high paying as well.
An MBA cannot add any value to an Aeronautical Engineer.
