No this is not so easy to be a JUDGE-LLB is the minimum degree that every would-be-judge is required to have-but you need to be a practitioner for minimum years-otherwise being a judge would not be a praiseworthy profession as a judge needs to have some practical knowledge rather theoretical

.

There are two ways to be a judge:
  • Advocate can apply for the post of judge after enjoying certain tenure as a Practising Advocate in a Court
  • Person can apply for Judicial Exam and it has steps starting from district level and the post has various positions but rank is like JUDGE
As a Career Counsellor I must say if one like to establish as a successful/renowned JUDGE s/he must practise in Courtroom for some years just to have some practical experiences ; otherwise s/he in her/his initial years would face struggle or war of words with the courtroom advocates because of poor practical knowledge.
