Company Secretary course can be done in two ways. One when you are in the under graduate level and one when you are a graduate.
You can take admission to Foundation Course of ICSI after passing 12th std with minimum of 45% . There fore since you are in the middle of BBA, it means you have passed 12th. You can go ahead and take admission for Foundation Course. Alternatively, after you complete BBA, you are eligible for taking admission to the Executive Level directly, here also you will have to have minimum 45% in graduation.
