The Banking Sectors work is not restricted to providing customers a Bank Account Facility it has gone beyond like providing more services to the clients.
There have been a great career opportunities in both the Private as well as Public Banking Sector.
The person who aspires to make a career in the Banking Sector especially in the Public Banking Sector they need to go through the exam. There are two types of Exams are conducted in the Government Banking Sector i.e Bank Clerk and Bank PO.
Bank PO is higher designation offered in the Government Banking Sector. Bank PO exam is conducted for the students who are Graduates. There are two types of Bank PO exam conducted.
The Candidates who aspires to make a career in SBI bank they need to give an SBI PO exam.; whereas the candidate who wish to make a career as PO in any of the Government Banks they need to give an IBPS Bank PO exam. IBPS BANK PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection for the remaining 21 Government Banks in the Country.IBPS also conducts exam for the Bank Clerk.
The educational eligibility for Bank Clerk and Bank PO Exam (both) is the same as follows-
A candidate should have completed a Graduation Degree from any of the stream from a recognised university or a student who are in the final year of the degree and waiting for their results are also eligible to apply for the Bank Exam.
There is no percentage criteria to apply for BANK Clerk exam,You get eligible for both the Bank exams,I would suggest you to go for Bank PO exam because that is good option then going for Bank Clerk Exam.

Getting a job in banking sector has become a dream of many aspirant as this is one of the best sectors for having a job (mostly government job).
The Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection is responsible for conducting the top most banking exams like IBPS PO, IBPS SO, IBPS Clerk and IBPS RRB.
Every year the exams are conducted by IBPS for all these posts.
The difficulty level of all these exams are depends on the level of the post.
