It appears that you have very firmly decided that event management is the career for you. I appreciate that, however I also would like to tell you that since you are in the 10th std level, it is very early for you to decide only event management as a career for life. Always remember that you should choose a course which can give you a life long career and not a short term career.
Event Management course are best done after 12th std or after graduation. There is MBA in Event Management also available. There are Diploma courses after 12th as well as graduation.
I would suggest that you should have a strong graduation in your credit before you start your career. Therefore I would suggest you to complete some graduation.
