You can do BTech or BE in Computer Engineering from a recognised college under a recognised University.
After 12th PCM, you need to appear for the JEE test for qualifying for the engineering colleges.

You can go for B.Tech or B.E in computer science, but while your degree do some international certification in same field. because there is huge gap in the university syllabus and industry demands.
