Dear Aspirant,

I would not suggest Marine Engineering after completing Mechanical Engineering.

After Mechanical Engineering, there are tremendous opportunities in production, industrial and mechanical industry.

Project Management is one knowledge area which is required by all type of industries. As you are a fresher mechanical engineer, you can do CAPM certification of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. This is an online test for which there are coaching classes available in cities.
This will be an edge over other candidates for job opportunities.

Later when you gain experience of three years in a project, you can appear for PMP Certification of PMI.

Salaries offered to PMP certified engineers are high.

Best wishes
