As a B.Pharma graduate you could work in any pharma company in any department of your choice right from production to manufacturing to packaging etc or as a medical representative or as a medical writer too.
Incase you wish to be a lecturer then a masters degree, M.Pharma would be needed followed by NET / SET.
After an M.Pharma degree you work as a researcher and are mainly into clinical trials. A P.Hd increases your chance to patent your research. After a masters degree you could work innthe quality control department as a inspector too.
Incase if M.Pharma does not interest you, you could opt for clinical research or an MBA in pharma management or MBA in hospital management or general MBA. But please note MBA is not counted as a masters degree for pursuing NET / SET.
