But it all depends on what you are interested at.

You have to choose your career option as per your interest and your performance. But you should not be confused about your career option. Other than engineering and medical also there are lots of options.

You may go for general B.Sc study with hons in a good subject in which you have more interest. If you like physics or chemistry subject then you may take any one of this subject in your graduation. There are good demand after studying graduation in this subject. There are so many government job after completion of graduation from any subject like Civil services, In Indian Railway, School teacher, in Indian army and many more sector.

Other than normal B.Sc you may take admission in BCA or BBA or BBM etc courses. These are the professional courses. After completion of these courses it is more easy to get a good job. Now a days demand of these course is very high. If you are interested to study in computer related field then go for BCA. After completion of BCA complete your MCA and then join in an organization. If you want to do MBA in future they after 12th science you may take admission in BBA or BBM. The eligibility criterion to take admission in MBA is any graduate from any recognized university but still if you are from BBA background you will be already familiar with MBA courses.

Other than all these course you may go for NDA. NDA is also sort of engineering study from National Defense Academy but still you may like to take admission in NDA. after 12th science you have to appear in NDA entrance examination to take admission. NEET examination is National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET). This examination is for taking admission in undergraduate MBBS course.This examination is conducted by CBSE. As you are not interested in medical then you should not go for this.

ISEET is Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test. This examination is taken to take admission in science and engineering stream. You may go for this examination.
