But first here you would have to decide the industry and the department you wish to work in.
You can be the head manager in the Finance, HR, Admin, Marketing, Accounts etc any department and in Banking, Financial organization, IT firms, Pharma company, retail etc. So first decide the domain you wish to work in.
For this you would have to complete your Graduation followed by an MBA in the respective domain.
Since you have not mentioned your stream in the 12th. As an eg to make things clear I am giving a brief explanation.
Eg: Say you have done your 12th in Commerce, you then complete your graduation in Commerce and then follow it with an MBA either in HR or Finance or Marketing.
