As the boys aspires to make a career in the Defense sector. They always think of joining Army, Navy or Air Force. They aspire to become a commander, Pilot, Ships Captain etc. many of the dreams they keep on draining of. Male candidates have an opportunity to join the Defense after completing their 10+2 exams through the NDA exams. While many of the girls they also aspire to join the Defense sector and want to make a career in the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Through NDA exams girls cannot get an entry for the Defense Sector rather the NDA exam is conducted only for boys. Nowadays girls are in no field behind the boys. They are performing very well in the studies at home as well as in their careers too. Now no field is left out where girls do not have an entry. As you aspire to make a career in the Indian Air Force there are two ways to join the flying Team they can give the IAFS AFCAT exam. The exam is held twice in year. On clearing the exam student is called for the SSB interview. A candidate of age 19 to 23 is eligible. A student should have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with aggregate of 60% marks and passed Math & Physics at 10+2 level or B.E. / B.Tech degree. You can also join Technical Branch. The age should be 18 to 28 years by completing Aeronautical engineering either in mechanical or electrical with minimum 60% aggregate marks. You can also give the Common Defense Service exam after completing graduation degree from any stream.
