Banking sector is backbone of our country's economy. Banking sector is the sector that is going to create a large number of job opportunities in next 5-10 years both in public and the private banking sector.
Whereas the Banking sector of India is trying to expand in the rural areas so that their will be equal number of development in the rural areas too along with the cities. So for these extension of the branches they need a great number of Human Resource that is skilled and also good at the computer skills.
Whereas career in Banking is being considered as the safest and the promising career.
The person who wish to make a career in banking can make a career either in the Private or Public Banking Sector. In order to make a career in the Public Banking Sector one needs to have completed their Graduation in any stream except Fine Arts with minimum percentage of 55. After graduation one has to give an IBPS Bank exam which is conducted separately for Clerks and PO's. In order to become an officer in the Bank one has to give an Bank PO exam and needs to crack the theory exam and Interview. After this one is appointed as the Officer in the Banl.
