Fashion industry is a glamourous industry with lucrative jobs on offer. One very good example will be the designer Sabyasachi works. This designer marked his niche into sari designing sector by introducing a lot of creative elements in his sari works. This alone made him very popular in the designing industry and gave him a lot of recognition and awards. This example could well explain how creativity is important in designing.

One more example is the work of designer Ritu Kumar. While designers were concentrating on introducing variety of accessories on their clothing, this designer concentrated on using various fabrics and especially bringing back the traditional fabric in present concepts.

Thus, being creative is nothing but either introducing new concepts or making the old stuff look different and yes, fashion designing definitely needs it.
