Company Secretary career is meant for those students who have an interest in law and especially the corporate Law. CS is a professional degree and so it has a lot of importance and also have a lot of career scope. As the company has act to appoint a certified CS in the company has become mandatory on the parts of the companies and  hence it has given a room for the growth of the CS career in the recent times a students who aspires to make a career in CS needs to register himself with the ICSI institute at he nearly chapter in your city. After registering with the ICSI institute student needs to give an CS foundation exam after which CS Executive and CS final exam. Usually students after 12^th enrol themself for the CS course . To take an admission for the CS Executive course directly a student needs to complete a graduation . On completing graduation degree student  can take direct admission for CS Executive course . The CS exams are conducted twice in a year i.e . May and December .Student can appear for any of the exam cycle as per their will. If you are planning to make a career in CS than my personal advice for you will be also go for the Law degree of 3years simultaneously along with CS .CS+Law makes a good combination CS+Law gives a lot of importance and also gives a great career move for the students in the companies as companies gives a first preference and importance to the students who have CS+Law qualification.
