As you are 12th class science student, its first required to score good marks at +2 , then you can apply for graduation at good colleges. Admission is strictly on merit basis and marks matters as in Odisha no entrance are conducted for graduation level. After the completion of you inter exams you can fill up the form online and then submit the hard copy at the college office and then wait for the results and rest of the procedure you will get guidance over there.One more thing I want to specify is that all the above colleges do offer B.A. in psychology rather than B.Sc in Psychology . If you want B.Sc. Degree , then you need to check colleges outside Odisha, for ex. Anna University , Chennai. As Psychology is a professional course it really does not matters if you do B.A. or B.Sc. It's all the same.
