Thats like a big dream and being an entrepreneur.
Interesting. But will tell you go slow.
First get a degree in Pharmacy. Basic knowledge is the utmost necessity.
Then prepare a plan, as to whether the company would be a private or a public limited. Approach the bank for a loan, search for a plot, approach builders, search for partners, negotiate with the manufacturing or machine providers, get government approval etc and the list goes on and on.
Hence I would suggest, after a degree in Pharmacy, join a pharma company and study it carefully. And at the sametime, search for like minded people or float the idea amongst your colleagues.
Fresh ideas would be brainstormed.
Another way is to read about how big companies have started business through their websites and pharma magazines.
