Hi Ajay,
Please note the right qualification and a right attitude and applying for the right position will help you get a job.
The most important thing is preparing a Resume. A Resume which states about you in brief but is very attractive to the employee. But please note, it should speak truly about you and not just be copied.
So prepare an attractive Resume stating your skills, ambition or goal in life, your projects undertaken, your contribution if selected, and your hobby.
Post your Resume on various job portals like Naukri, monster, Times job etc.
You could also log in to companies website and post your resume on their website too. You could also drop in your resume at the front desk o f few companies near your area.
At the same time, you could ask people like your neighbours or friends senor to you, to refer you to a job.
Keep searching the right profile and keep applying
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
If you are a fresher IT/Software Engineer, then your college from which you passed out would be the first source to get placements. It appears that you have not got placements from your college.
Individually, you will have to post your well drafted and true resume on top job portals like Naukri, TimesJobs.com, etc. highlight your academics first if you are fresher and then write about your internships and projects you have done while in college.
Be sure that you possess the required soft skills to crack the interview and also you have the required domain knowledge to crack the technical round.
Being job ready is what is required and you will surely get it.
Best wishes
Hello Ajay
The very first thing a fresher shall do is to post resumes on leading job portals and creating a professional profile on Linked In. Post your resume in ‘Career’ section of all MNC’s you wish to work at. Check following things for a perfect resume
For a fresher candidate, an ideal resume length should be one or two pages at maximum.
Irrelevant information such as political affiliation, religion will not help. It might even hurt your chances of selection.
If you are going to use hard copy, make sure to use a decent printer. Good quality plain white paper is preferred.
Be ready for the interview by polishing your soft skills like fluent communication, positive body language. Practicing in mirror will help you a lot.
All the best
