It is always preferred by a college or a university if you have biology in 12th to have a higher degree in Forensic Science .The best option is to go through the websites of a few selected universities and see whether they require Biology as a mandatory subject .
However after a bachelors degree in chemistry you can go for a Masters in Forensic science which would be a more convinient option and scopes would be much higher.
