I would suggest that since you are already doing BCom, you can do Hotel Management after completing BCom. I would not suggest a diplom but a degree in hotel management.
Which city you belong to? I will then suggest you colleges for Hotel Management. However the top college is IHM, Mumbai and Delhi.
