When you are hungry.. you eat restaurant or the food?
If your answer is food than you should talk about what branch you have decided for yourself rather than deciding the college.
Apart from IITs and NITs BITs and couple of good private universities, all are same in the market. Never compromise on the branch preferred.
Your degree will not highlight any college's name. Your employer after 4 years will look at your knowledge of your favourite branch rather than 5 start luxurious campuses.
I am sorry but I always guide the students to choose a career over 5 star luxurious buildings.
