With MTech Electronics, you will have to decide whether to go for a corporate job or for teaching jobs.
Teaching is a good field however apart from the domain expertise, you require teaching skills and a flair for being in students and think on their level. Once into teaching you wont be able to easily enter into corporate sector. Coming from corporate to teaching is easy and preferred.
I would suggest that you should go for a corporate job if you are not too much interested into full time teaching. After gaining some experience in the industry, you can come to teaching field and enjoy more.

Teaching and working in a company are very diverse options. You need to make an informed decision since,whatever you choose today will most likely stay with you for rest of your life.
You need retrospect by seeking answers to questions like, which option out of the two interests you more? What is the kind of life you would want live? Corporate world offers a lot challenges and difficult times are ready to face them? Career as a Lecturer will be smooth and relative less dynamic, is this what you seek? After figuring out the answers to these more such questions you will be able to make up your mind.
