Dear Aspirant,
Biology being your strong subject and you looking for careers in defence, why not also think for Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC)?
Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) requires 12th Biology students as minimum eligibility. Just a few days back, another batch of AFMC passed out and Mr. Manohar Parriker the Defence Minister of India was the Chief Guest for the convocation.
I feel, that instead of core NDA, AFMC would be good for you and you will be able to become a Doctor and serve the nation by being in the Forces.
Definitely, you will have to appear for the AFMC entrance test, pass the physical test and personal interview round. But I definitely feel that you can get into AFMC as be a Army Doctor.
After retiring from Forces also, you will be able to do your own practice in medicine or get attached to a good hospital on visiting basis.
Best wishes
