How did you secure admission in the B.ED college? And why are they asking for a migration certificate now?
This means while taking admission you have not submitted any of your documents. Anyways please note the major eligibility for B.ED is being a graduate and hence you can submit the BA marksheet.
But this is temporary. Please note, if you do not have a marksheet, you cannot claim that you have done a masters degree (MA). Hence contact your University and at any cost proclaim your marksheet. It is needed.
