Germany offers any undergrad degree almost free of cost in comparison to other countries like USA, Canada,UK etc as the tuition free for any course is not charged in state/public universities. The total expenses you might need is around 10000 euros that too for as an international student. To start with, you have to shortlist few universities like Heidelberg University, Munster University etc as per your preference of city. Look for universities that offer MBBS in English medium preferably though you must learn German as it will help you in interacting freely with the professors and peers.Total duration of the program is around 7.5 years (includes 1.5 year of pre-language training + 5 years of course + 1 of year internship). You do get two years of work visa after completion of degree and start earning by the second year in internships as well.
The requirements for admission are as follows:
1. Minimum 60% in your grade 12 and preferably first year of mbbs/B.Sc to meet their secondary education criteria.
2. A well- written resume
3. TOEFL/IELTS score of 6.5 or more
4. German language proficiency (Preferably) Or else you need to take a german pre-language training as mentioned above. TestDaf can be taken at Germany or India whereas DSH is taken at university in which you apply.
