Initially register for the Foundation Program any time during a year as the registration is open throughout the year. The ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) does not conduct any entrance examination for the admission, nor there any percentage criteria or restrictions regarding the stream followed in the +2 class. Once you complete and qualify the Foundation Program, you will move on the next level known as the Executive Program. After completion of the Executive Program and qualifying the exam, you will have to enrol for the Professional Program as well as for Management Training in any organization or firm. The duration of the Management Training is three years. After completion of the Professional Program as well as Management Training, you will be enrolled as a member of The ICSI and will thereafter be able to practice the profession.
