Dear Aspirant,

Nice to know that you completed CS and now wish to do LLB. Actually, LLB should be done while doing CS.

If there is no entrance test for LLB in your State, then you can submit the application based on your graduation marks to the college which has LLB course and is recognised by Bar Council of India. LLB is a three year full time course and there is no distance learning or part time system for this.

LLB should be done while pursuing the Company Secretary course

. If there is no entrance test for LLB in your State, then you can submit the application based on your graduation marks to the college which has LLB course and is recognised by the Bar Council of India. LLB is a three year full time course and there is no distance learning or part time system for this. For pursuing 3years LLB you need to be graduate and for 5years LLB(CLAT exam), you have to clear entrance exam, further there are other universities as well which provide direct admission irrespective of the graduation percentage.
