Hi Puneet,

In RTU, Kota, all engineering candidates can take Renewable Energy for their M.Tech.. Don't know about MNIT.

But the most important thing is that Industry would seek somebody having Electrical (Solar) /Mechanical (Wind/thermal) Engineering candidate who is further specializing in Renewable.

Also there is not much to contribute from your point of view other than taking help from Infra perspective.

I too started Renewable but left in between after seeing the limited scope. But if you have still opted for it, try for Ph.D. and enter into Academics. Also you may apply for your Ph.D. abroad.

I would suggest you to call me from CareerGuide.Com's portal.

Best wishes,

Kirti

Also more people are required in setting up and commissioning and they all are GETs.

Less opportunities for an M.Tech., even if they recruit, packages are in line with GET's packages.

Take into your consideration.
