It's great to know that your son scored 95% in his 12th CBSE board.
NEET is the only good option if to be very honest if one has got PCB. Other than that, the other options include B.Sc., BDS, Bachelor of Homeopathic/Ayurvedic/Unani Medicine Surgery (BAMS / BHMS / BUMS), Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry and B. Pharm.
Now there is need to ask your Son whether he wants to make his career only in Biology Or he is open for the other career options as well.
Other than this he may opt B.A. Economics OR BBA as a graduation career option. I would recommend your Son to prepare for CAT examination during 3 years of graduation and try to crack any IIM for his MBA.
