Banking sector is one of the top most growing fields in the country. It has been one of the top most preferred career options by many students these days. Banking sector has been flourishing in Urban and Rural area as well as at the International Level too. So there has been huge requirement of the Human Resource in this sector. The large use of the Technology these days there has been a need of the Human Resource that has a good Technological Skills. The Banking Sectors work is not restricted to providing customers a Bank Account Facility it has gone beyond like providing more services to the clients.
There have been a great career opportunities in both the Private as well as Public Banking Sector.
The person who aspires to make a career in the Banking Sector especially in the Public Banking Sector they need to go through the exam. There are two types of Exams are conducted in the Government Banking Sector i.e Bank Clerk and Bank PO.
If one is aspiring to make a career in the SBI Bank they need to give an exam of SBI PO whereas for the rest 21 Government Banks IBPS PO exam is conducted.The IBPS PO exam is conducted in two levels-
1.Common Written Exam (CWE) for all the candidates who have applied for the exam.
2.Participants who successfully clears the CWE exam they are called for the Interview.
In order to get recruited in the Bank one needs to clear both the levels i.e CWE exam and Interview than only one can get recruited in the Bank.
To crack the IBPS PO Interview one needs to be prepared very well. In IBPS PO interviewer panel consists of 3-4 people and one has to answer the questions asked by this panel.
Here are some of the Tips to crack the Interview-
1.Don't be nervous during the interview. Work well on your nervousness.
2.Be confident and have good communication skills. Work on these two things very well.
3.In interview they will ask questions related to your profile i.e Introduce Yourself,Your Family background,your qualification etc. Prepare well on this.
4.Prepare well on the Banking Sector. The questions will be asked by the Banking Sector like History,New technologies introduced,About the Bank to which you have applied etc.
5.Have a thorough knowledge about the Current Affairs and GK. For this read Newspapers on daily basis lNewspapers like The Hindu,Economic Times etc.,read various journals,watch news daily.
6.Some questions may would be asked about the local language.
7. Questions related to your previous work experience and related to it.
Prepare well on the above mentioned things. Present well yourself in the Interview. You will definitely crack the IBPS PO interview.
