Hello Flavia,MBA is a Masters in Business Administration which is an internationally recognized degree.It is awarded to those students who have mastered the study of business. In MBA Students study the theory and application of business and management principles.The name of the course itself denotes that its the masters course in management.As per the AICTE(All India Council for Technical Education) rules a candidate who wish to apply for the course of MBA must possess a Graduation a degree i.e.10+2+3/4 from any trade with minimum 50% marks in graduation. And in order to get admission for MBA candidate has to give the entrance exam conducted by AICTE. Exams like CMAT to take admission in AICTE approved Institutes and Universities and for PGDM private institutes exams like CMAT,CAT,XAT,ATMA can be given.Answering to your question as you have completed diploma in Mechanical Engineering and C-DAC you can't get admitted for MBA as you don't hold a graduation degree. To get admitted for MBA you must have Graduation degree as per AICTE rules.
