Banking sector in India has been gaining a much popularity day by day due to the expansion of the Banking sector at the faster phase. After IT and Engineering , Banking is the other sector that has been widely growing day by day. Banking is always a good career option for the student. Now a days there are many students those who aspire to make a career in the Banking Sector. It has become mandate for the banks to connect to the rural areas of the country and encourage people to open their savings account in the banks.
Banking sector is a promising career option for the students. To make a career in the Banking Sector there are many career opportunities available.
A candidate who has completed a Graduation Degree from any stream except Fine Arts can apply for the Bank Exams. There are two kinds of exams conducted in Banking which are Clerk and Bank PO. For both the exams the eligibility criteria is to have a Graduation degree from a recognized University. The Bank exams are conducted by the IBPS and students who wish to apply for the SBI bank they need to apply for the SBI Clerk or SBI PO exam. On clearing the exam you get appointed for the respective posts. The age criteria for Bank Clerk exam is from 21 to 28 years and for Bank PO is 21 years to 30 years.
