Interesting career choice. Looks like flying attracts you a lot.

Since you have not mentioned your current education status, assuming you have just appeared for your Xth, let me give you an idea about the field and how could you go about it.
Since you have mentioned about aeronautical engineering, I am sure you know about the way of being into the field.
In your 12th, you would have to study a combination of PCM. After that you would have to appear for various entrance exams to join a B
.E or B.Tech in aeronautical engineering.
You could then follow up with a masters degree.
Aeronautical Engineer
As an Aeronautical engineer, your main role would include research and development, testing, assembly and maintenance of aircraft and missiles.
You would mainly look into the aircraft maintenance into fuel efficiency, air frame design, engine design, flight testing and interrogation into airplane crash.
Since majorly you would be dealing with maintenance of the aircraft, you would work hand -in-hand with other engineers.

Now aircraft do not have just one time or schedule of flying. They are spaced over the 24 hours bracket and every 2 minutes a takeoff and landing.
So your job would be mainly before the flight is ready for take off.
So as such there would definitely be no fixed time for work, you would have to mentally prepare yourself for shift jobs.
Also you would not just be the technical guy, there would be others to help you too.
Aeronautical Engineer
But if you are looking for a 9 to 5 job, then this is not your field.
You could try your careers into banking, management, finance and accounting or teaching.
Please analyse what are you looking out for and then take the step to choose a career.
Wish you luck in choosing a career and doing well...
