First you need to get a percentile in the GATE exam in your respective branch. After clearing the exam , apply in the different colleges. Go to their website, find out when are the dates to apply. Download the form or get it from the college counter. Colleges generally have some fee for the application, if you are getting it from the college counter then its paid there . But if you are downloading the form from their website and sending it through courier or filling it online , you have to attach a DD or pay online. Also you need to send a copy of your documents along with GATE score card or upload the documents in a good resolution.
As per the criteria colleges will call you for an interview. All the best.
