To be a Fashion Designer, you need to be qualified Fashion designer.
You can pursue a 4 years Designing course, after 12th.For this you need to clear an entrance exam, which would mainly be related to questions on fashion, drawing or sketches and your visualization skills.
Online you can find samples of such tests papers.Also be ready with few sketches which portrays your skills
Since I do not know your qualification, I suggests that you could opt for a Diploma or certification course in Fashion designing, which is a short term course, for 6 months, open to all individuals.This will give you an idea whether you are eligible to pursue a Graduation degree in Fashion designing.
